Что ж, я уже занималась по этому приложению, но каждый раз на 3-5 дне забрасывала его. Но сейчас я влюбилась и с новыми силами собралась и начала сначала заниматься по программе 7x4 «плоский живот», «круглая попа», «упражнения для бедер» и «руки в тонусе». И в прочем занимаюсь уже чуть больше 2 недель 😎..Кому интересно поделюсь своими результатами при росте 157 и весе 41 ( я палка): Мой живот действительно стал плоским и на нем появились небольшие очертания пресса Попа по ощущениям стала меньше, но подтянулась. А на счет округлилась ли она, не знаю. Надеюсь в плане «ягодицы новичок» или «ягодицы продолжающий» она станет больше и круглее Бедра слега увеличились, а ноги стали сильнее, ведь когда то упражнение «лягушка», когда ноги надо было держать в воздухе давалось мне с трудом Руки стали сильнее, это даже мой тренер по боксу заметил😁. На этом пока все, но по мере тренировок прогресс будет все лучше и лучше, я уверена!( возможно я изменю этот отзыв, когда закончу эти программы) И на последок совет: для лучших результатов используйте, хотя бы на второй или третей неделе оборудования( например: гантели на обе руки и резинку для ног). Так же не забывайте отдохнуть и не заниматься хоть день, два. Что бы ваше тело успело восстановиться. ❗️Не ленитесь, занимайтесь и вы достигните хороших результатов и будете довольным своим телом. Всем удачи кто прочел этот отзыв и пока ~🌸

I recommend this app!
I just downloaded this app 2 days ago and already see the results, my stomach flattened and i lost some weigh but there is a reason why i removed one star. The reason is that you have to pay for many things but overall this app is really awesome and i recommend it!
Good but really
I really like this app and all but my only complaint is that when I went to to do the second day for one of my workouts it was not for free anymore. So that did make me discouraged a bit. But this app is literally amazing

Why I think you shouldn’t use this app
I recommend not to use this app it’s ok but it says it’s free when you look up free apps but when your actually on it you have to pay money to do certain things you can barely do anything on this app so I recommend not to use it

To be honest, usually I give up on workouts very easily. But I’m really actually been enjoying this workout app. I cannot hold my attention span that long, being that these are short workouts, and the circuits are 30 seconds per workout. It’s pretty doable. Because usually when a workout is too long, I usually just kinda space out afterwards and not try as hard. Also, this is my first app workout review. Just wanted to spread some inspo along if you need a good workout app to download!! 😁
