Great app with specialized care options! This is the only app I’ve found that offers a dedicated category for postpartum care, which I really appreciate. The workouts are effective and thoughtfully tailored. The only issue is that accounts don’t sync fully across devices Hopefully that will be improved soon!
The perfect app to keep your self fit, its simple to use, keeps a calendar so you know how often do you trained, the everyday workout its amazing, everyday a different exercises… i’m using it for 5 years now and i love it❤️❤️❤️

And the second: could you provide me information about your future updates? — Do you have editing sound of “daily seven” (every week sound is “welcome to you FIRST daily seven”)? — Do you have editing number of minutes in daily seven (right now it is always 7-8 minutes, I would like make it more)? — Maybe you have any other important features? Loved the app great try it out has some amazing workouts that really challenge you and some that are for you’re not soo energetic day I really recommend it gives pretty great results one of the only apps that work
This was a really helpful app when i first started using it, but now almost every single workout needs premium which is such a bummer honestly, if you really wanna help people out do it for free, I’m dissatisfied.
I love it, HIIT training in 7 min with easy explanation and access to some fun thing’s like dancing and yoga
The workouts available are really for beginners and way too short
