The premise is good, but it just doesn’t work.
The user interface is a mess and clunky, but workable. The idea is smart, but the backend is not properly configured. You get random exercises even if you select the muscle groups you’re interested in. Selecting the available equipment doesnt do anything either, it will just give you whatever it wants.
Not worth it!
Really disappointed with a lot about this app. Super limited exercise database; app crashes a lot so it’s hard to ever finish or log a workout; difficult and not intuitive to edit or add exercises. Will be cancelling my subscription and finding something else.

Great Customisable App For Creating Your Own Workouts
This app is brilliant... I was looking for a structured app to walk me through all of my custom workouts, and I’ve found it! I’m able to create my own custom workouts or use the app’s default workout list. Once you’ve created your workouts and amended all of your parameters (weight amount, rest time, reps, sets, etc), it’s literally as simple as clicking ‘play’ and it runs through your workout with you. To begin, there’s a library of workouts to choose from (all with pictures and videos on how to complete), and it shows finite detail on each exercise, including the muscle group the exercise works. After you’ve completed a few of your custom routines, you can start to see which muscle groups you’re using the most, which is advantageous if you have specific goal like me and it’s the feature I love the most. You’re also able to track progress, including the amount of weights lifted in one session, for example, and amend parameters as much or as little as you like.
User experience - 4/5, quite mechanical on setup but very detailed and I do really like that, especially with how customised it feels. It took me around 10 minutes to understand how to work the app, and now I use it without fail every time I workout.
Bugs so far:
* App crashes when I try to assign workouts to my calendar (permission already granted on setup)
* Sometimes the app stops Spotify music from playing. I did a 30 min workout and this app seemed to pause Spotify 6 times.
One of the best
I have tried quite a few free workout apps and this is by far the best. You can set up your own workout from a huge selection of set exercises or just add your own. It shows what part of the body each workout focuses on. Would recommend great to use at home!
Fantastic app
I downloaded this app, amongst many others, and this one easily come out best on top. Fantastic app and everything you could possibly want.
I like that you can fully customise workouts and even add in your own exercises.
One area for improvement would be to have more exercises as presets in the catalogue of exercises. There are still so many though!

I loved this app - I created and have different workout routines for different days/needs. I loved how it would automatically tell me what the next exercise was, tell me how many reps and timed the activity as needed. Unfortunately, after the most recent IOS update, I can’t start any of the workout sessions. Thankfully, the individual workouts are still there but I have to go through the session manually. Please restore functionality
Just what I wanted
I just need a simple app with this is it! Add your own custom exercises, and save progress after each workout. No more constant scratching my handwritten notes. Went add free after first couple workouts.
Excellent for home gym users
Finally an inexpensive app without requiring a subscription that lets me add custom exercises with notes, pics and charting. I love the interface, hoping you add more muscles to the GUI, such as shin muscles. Also, it would be nice to be able to use your last session’s reps/weight when starting a new one. I have to start a workout, then hit info, then logs, then click the date to look at to see what I lifted and how many reps from the previous session.
