The app saves previous menus as templates, so you can always go back to them later and make new menus with them.
- Calendar
The app’s calendar shows you exactly when you have done training. - Body records
The app records your weight, body fat percentage, and calorie intake. You may also add to the app anything else you might want to keep track of.
