HOW TO START?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or being more active
Select the zones that you want to work on: shoulders, chest, arms, back, belly, legs
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.
HOW DOES MUSCLE BOOSTER WORK?
Our smart algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan based on your goals and data – a combination of cardio, strength, and recovery exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Your basic plan is created for 60 days and displayed in your calendar. You can use it as a daily workout journal. Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (if the previous workouts were too easy or too difficult for you).
With Muscle Booster, you’ll never be bored working out – you'll have access to a library of 200+ workouts, including muscle gain or weight-loss workouts, and gym or at-home routines with minimum or no equipment at all, like bodyweight or dumbbell home workouts.
Moreover, your workouts include convenient audio and video instructions, a weight-loss tracker, and a workout timer, all in one convenient health and fitness app.
There is also a recipe database included in the app (available in English only).
HEALTHKIT:
Muscle Booster integrates with HealthKit, so you can export nutrition and exercise data from Muscle Booster to HealthKit, as well as fitness data and weight and body measurements from HealthKit to Muscle Booster.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

Message for Welltech
Awesome app! I’m now exercising nearly every weekday morning thanks to this app.. and it’s making a big difference to my body shape! Lov’n it 100% Message for Welltech: would be awesome if you could change the background color from black to grey for all exercises, (as I’ve seen in some of the exercises). Difficult to see the dumbbells or kettlebells when it’s black on black. Then it would be 5 star! Thanks
No demo
There’s no free trail it expects you to pay before you even get to see what the app UI is like. There are so many other workout apps. I’m not gonna pay for an app that I have never seen before.
Easy to follow quality workouts
This app is excellent to follow a workout plan, tailored to incorporate what equipment you have, and the videos clearly show and explain how correctly do the exercises. Highly recommend!
Latest update doesn’t work
Can’t log in after update to 3.0. Don’t update!

Hi there this app purchase $109 subscription from my account without any permission. I want refund or else i am going to file a case against this app
Broken App, Review by paid member
Please do not buy this app i paid for it for over a YEAR!! and got played with the whole time. First, i had gym work outs and my home work mixed into one for so long. Second, i had meals available for half the year then it would go away after an update then come back 3-4 months later (broken) Third, the developers don’t really care. Its a money trap for individuals who simply want to work out without a PT Fourth, the app has been glitchy since I downloaded it and i have the most latest iPhone so i know its not my phone - problems included, videos not loading, time being really inaccurate to app crashing after 40 mins of use Fifth, its a SCAM I’ve officially discontinued my membership after paying for over a year (you did a good job taking peoples money)

Signed up, took my payment and wouldn’t let me progress through the subscription process.. BEWARE
Misleading - not a free app
There is nothing free with this app at all, no free content, no free trial period. Misleading marketing, as can not trial before committing to expensive monthly subscription. Waste of time setting up.
Not letting me get pass the registration stage 13/13?
After paying for the subscription and moving on to the registration stage, the app is not letting me to register. I fill in my email and password and click continue, nothing happens and I can’t get access to the plan. This app is a scam and should not be purchased. Give me my refund! Tried restarting the app and re doing the getting plan process multiple times and uninstalling the app and nothing works. Wtf is wrong with you guys.
