Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium Membership, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your monthly subscription is $0.49 per month, while the yearly subscription is $2.99 per year. (Price may vary by location.) Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

Simple, clean, perfect. Free version is perfectly usable.
Would be useful without constant offers
Unfortunately the app is always offering unwanted stuffs (newsletter subscription, other apps, etc.), if it remains unchanged I will surely cancel my subscription. Without these annoying things it would be an worth for subscription.

In the free version you can use only the default times already set. You have to buy the full version to change this. Probably i would buy this, if they dont play this "you can have it free" game. But now i feel myself cheated.
