I'm a total beginning at both home fitness and workout apps. I like how this app is beginner friendly and you can customize your skill level. I love how each workout overview has specific directions for each move. However something that I wish it had was the ability to show the instructions for each move once you actually start the workout. For a total beginner like me, I need to know how to do each move specifically in order to avoid injury. I wish it had a sound when the timer expires on a move so I don't have to keep pausing to hold my device. You could have the sound switch on and off for those it bothers, but personally, I would find that helpful. Also, the app description said it had a link to workout videos. I don't see where that is in the app. Overall, it's a great concept but could use some refinement.
This app has transformed my workouts! Great variety of different programs, easy-to-follow videos, use it at the gym as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get fit!
I didn’t think I was going to like it based on the first day, but by day 3 I do like it a lot. Because of the economics, I signed up for a year so I am cautiously optimistic that it will be good for me. I walk, bike, and row, but even so, some of these are a little challenging for me as they involve balance, or using muscles in a new way. I’m older and need to lose weight but my program is right for me: challenging but doable. Just right.
I have been using the app for about a week and multiple times so far the app has deleted my progress and tried to make me start the work out programs from day 1 again.
