I paid for this app and didn’t realize that is ask me every time I exit the routine that I have to rate the app…??? Ridiculous… I will give it one star every time it does it even thought I like the apps General design… I don’t want to have to rate the app every time I use it, and sometimes I use it 5 times a day… every time it ask me to rate it I will give it one star… I recommend you send an update to stop this behavior !

1. User interface is difficult. 2. If, while you’re creating a workout, you press the wrong place on the screen, the editor closes and all edits are lost. This happens very frequently, causing a lot of lost work effort. 3. I would also like to see the ability to embed loops within a workout, e.g. for a tabata. This is close, but needs some robustness.

I can program with with all the exercises I need without having to stop and look at what I need to do next. If I’m doing a stretch, it’s keeping the time for me, so I keep consistent even if my mind wanders off on the middle of an exercise.

This program is AWESOME! You can modify to more or less it’s better to do HIGH intensity for about 30 to 40 seconds. Ok, I am back Again, working. In isometrics after burpee workout Ok,once more. Going to add in hand stands Well back at it 9/7/22

I have been trying different workout APPs and have found this one to have great flexibility. The ability to customize, add my own workout with voice assist and music to the workout is what really set this Interval Timer apart from others.
