I can’t add my phone number and support doesn’t care about it at all. They don’t reply to my messages.
I feel deceived
Hello, I feel deceived, I was in the office on December 2 for verification, it took about 10 minutes, and then, as promised by the application, 50 coins would arrive in two stages within the first day or 48 hours, the first 25 coins would arrive, and a month later another 25 were confirmed. As a result, I didn’t receive anything, I’m writing this review only to warn others if anyone thinks whether it’s worth spending time on this

Doesn’t working
I registered a week ago and face verified with an orb by an authorized person. Within 48 hours the airdrop I was supposed to receive still hasn't arrived and I can't reach anyone. start claiming and verify to register don't work on iPhone or something is wrong. Please fixed it as soon as possible or contact me about my issue. Thanks .

I have scanned my iris for validation on November 30th. Although i am validated, the claim button does not work and shows 0 for claimable amount. I have written to support via app, but they do not even respond me
