Had the app loaded - had bought a self guided tour in Get Your Guide. Loaded the tour. Arrived in the city. App wouldn’t load. Wouldn’t load all day, so I just left it and went on my way. I only had a data SIM card and couldn’t call. Tried to get a refund later. Customer service was not a service at all, just asked me why I didn’t reach out sooner. And was condescending by telling me I could have emailed or WhatsApp. No refund.
