Easy to use & hopefully accurate

Not so accurate

I got this app mainly because I wanted accurate wind speeds for my city. Visually it is great, and very easy to use. However it consistently gives an incorrect reading for current windspeed, only providing an accurate reading when set to “by the hour”. For example tonight, every town within a 10 mile radius has a windspeed between 10 and 14 mph. My town has a windspeed of 21mph. I look out of the window and it is barely windy, not just in the moment but over a period of at least 40 minutes. I shall keep the app installed because for UK travel it is good to see what is happening across the UK in one map, making it easier to plan the day(s) ahead. Perhaps if the developers could explain the anomaly I might re-rate? BTW, temperature is fine but I wanted windspeed first and foremost.

I need the most accurate and up to date weather forecast for the work that I do (BEA Systems) This "App" delivers the complete and comprehensive reports I have ever used. I am constantly on the move and I can get the reports for anywhere whilst I am on the move. Absolutely invaluable to me. Steve K
