Set it up. Can’t figure out how to add miles. End of story
Thank you!! Imports seamlessly & instantly with Apple health workouts to the default shoe. Love that I can add other shoes & nickname to keep them straight. I don’t know why Apple hasn’t integrated gear tracking, but I’m sure glad this developer did. Thanks again for a simple, yet so useful app, and for free!
All this app needs to do is have you input a shoe, then add miles to it. That’s literally all I wanted. You can add a shoe, but not miles apparently. Why not?
When first using this app, it was simple and effective. Enter your shoes, assign a primary and off you go. Well, after a couple of months of use, the app has completely lost it's mind. The pie chart is useless. It's never correct and spins constantly. The app has taken to assigning it's own primary shoe and logging to that shoe instead of what I selected. This prompts me to have to go back into the app and reassign the runs to correct shoe. And most recently, the app took an old run assigned to the correct shoe and reassigned it to a different shoe all on its own. And it wasn't even the different shoe the app assigned as a primary! I really liked the simplicity of this but it's not really functional.
Doesn’t allow me to manually enter mileage and insists Apple workouts be labeled as runs.
There are some bugs that need ironing out for it to be great. Like the pie chart next to each shoe bugs out when you open the app. Sometimes the pie chart is accurate. Sometimes it is showing as full. Shoe selection for runs has a bug where selecting the shoe requires to click into the shoe then back out then back in for it to select the shoe. Other than that, this app is exactly what I was missing when I switched from Garmin to Apple Watch.
Been using this app for a few weeks, I like how it pairs to the apple workout app. Only 2 things I wish could be fixed: 1) I wish the workouts weren’t all labeled as runs. I sadly do not run, I just walk. Would be nice if it could say walk instead. 2) would be nice to throw away a workout, if I don’t want it tied to shoes that I’m tracking. Otherwise great easy to use app!
For some reason it is duplicating the walk/run I do for the day multiple times for that same day. is there a way to delete walks/runs?
If the run workout syncs to Apple Health, you can assign that run a shoe. My Peloton Tread, AppleWatch, and Garmin runs are all here. Even my Garmin runs that synced to Apple Health 6 months before I had my AppleWatch, these run are able to be assigned to a shoe. Now I can track my runs across apps in one place. I don’t have to add runs from AppleWatch orTread to Garmin’s shoe tracker.
