Closest to what I need but missing one crucial option
This app is pretty much the closest to what I need (I’m a CBT therapist and looking for apps to recommend to my patients), but CBT generally recommends setting aside a time to go over your worries. It would have been lovely to be able to schedule a time where you can see what’s in the box for 20 minutes, then burn the box. Then repeat the next day. I love that it’s simple.. no unnecessary fluff like meditations and gratitude journals. And that it’s accessibly: free, no needing to sign up and free trials etc.
