Use in place of Worth 4-Dot flashlight to assess for fusion, suppression and anomalous retinal correspondance.
Test with red-green anaglyphic glasses over best optical correction (red filter over right eye and green over left).
Patient should see one of the following:
* Two red dots: supression of left eye
* Three green dots: supression of right eye
* Four dots: normal binocular response
* Five dots:
a) Red dots on right
Uncrossed diplopia (esotropia)
b) Red dots on left
Crossed diplopia (exotropia)
