WotchLift tracks every lifts to optimize your strength training with Apple Watch by applying Velocity Based Training (VBT) . Fully backed by scientific studies, VBT is the most effective method of strength training.

WotchLift is integrated with Apple Health so the workout logged in this app will help you fill up your activity rings on the Apple Watch.

**Premium Subscription**
The free version can save unlimited workouts, but is limited to view 1 week history. You can upgrade to a Premium subscription ($29.99/year) to unlock all Premium features listed above.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

You have to pay for a subscription before you can try any of the features, and once you pay, you discover that nothing actually works as advertised. It might be that they’re still building the app, but they shouldn’t be selling subscriptions yet if that’s the case
