Signed out and can’t sign back in

I can’t even set the lock up because everytime I do it says “system error”

I had connection, account and Bluetooth issues getting the lock to work, instructions are poor and incomplete. It took awhile but I got it all working. Now that it is working I think it will be a nice product to have

QR scan won't open, Bluetooth won't work. I can't add the device.

So far this thing is a complete flop. It won’t allow me to scan my QR code when I get to add the device and when I try to add it via Bluetooth and hit the binding button all it keeps doing is flashing the binding words over and over. It doesn’t work at all
