For the most part, Excellent.

It is wonderful to be able to stream whenever I like. As a Canadian citizen, there are a number of programs that are, unfortunately, not available however, for the most part, excellent.

Much apparent content not available (not in Canada anyway)

Much of Britbox or Acorn content not actually available when you open up the most recent season and the episodes are listed but in fact are ‘unavailable’. Such as the latest Unforgotten Season 4 or Vera. Yet these are episodes for seasons that were aired months ago in the UK. I get it, different markets and different licensing, but PBS should indicate upfront that these are future possibilities not current offerings to the NA or Canadian viewer. Somewhat ‘Misleading’.

Unpredictable

Most things I would like to see are still not available in Canada. Finding Elizabeth is the latest one. All I get are previews. I don’t expect to ever get around the live TV problems, but more should be available on Passport - or at least we should be given some time reference as to when this might happen.
