Exceedingly lovable blogging app and platform, which sadly lacks a few important features
Write.as is a great small blogging app, this day in age it is a delight to see apps which are small and focused on doing one thing well, also the accompanying service works great and has great privacy and anonymity features, without sacrificing a well groomed community with standards. While the service offers you a generous free anonymous blog which should be sufficient for most people, the write.as service also offers a set of reasonably priced paid tiers with features such as cross posting to Twitter, an identity for your blog (or indeed blogs), image hosting and use of your own domain name which is great for owning your own identity online. However there are a smallish few problems. 1. There is no preview feature to see if the post is correctly formatted. 2. You cannot post to a blog created on their paid service which is a shame. 3. There is no extension to post content from another application for people who e.g. prefer to write in Ulysses or Drafts. 4. While service allows for posting via Tor for added anonymity, the iOS app does not AFAIK allow this, or do so by default.
