I purchase the one year subscription and since i purchase it, it never work

The app is okay and it lacks features like swipe on the keyboard. They lie because in the "In-app purchase" section, they say they have a lifetime subscription. When you install the app, there is no mention of a lifetime subscription, only a yearly subscription.

Asking basic questions and can not answer. I was asked to update my review. Have not had contact with a human. Will not change my review. Waiting on refund.
