I can not fathom the fact that a cleaning job Which I picked a male to do. Was given to a female which had a baby And even after we agreed on a time to come around for the job being 1:00pm Nigerian time She was 2hours late,couldn’t finish the job. And told me she had a baby to go home to. Leaving the job half way done. And I paid for this service in full. Secondly. U tried to use the carpenter and he on arrival Asked that I sideline the company and go ahead to work with him directly… Sadly These has given me good enough reason to take this app off my phone and urge you people to improve your professionalism and do a good background check before recruiting.

They are very swift in response and delivery.. also has good customers support.. try them & thank me later.

I needed a nail technician to work on my nails but the once’s I was getting wasn’t giving what I wanted, a friend then introduced me to the app. I downloaded the app and requested for a nail technician immediately I got a text from a customer care rep saying i have been connected to a provider….. the provider reached out and we agreed to meet. I was wowed when my nails was done by her Wrkman is a true definition of professionals

When you select the option for the service you need, it goes ahead to list all the available services instead of just the service you selected.

This app is ridiculous. It’s literally the only app I know that takes away consumer’s free will. I made a mistake on using the app cos it’s new, and because I was recently scammed, I asked the painter for a refund as soon as I knew I didn’t go the right way, and used the painter I already had on ground. And then what does the senior supervisor do? He calls me, demands for an explanation and then tells me that they would be removing me from the app because I am not ready to work with them despite telling him that I just moved to a new place and I would be using different artisans from the platform since I know how it worked now. He still told me they’d be removing me from the app 😂😂😂 I wasn’t even rude or anything o, I was already tired of all the calls like I stole from them or something.
