"WSD Mobile App" provides updated water supplies information including water bill summary, bill reminder and water suspension notices(subscription on Large Housing Estates basis is newly added). Users are required to log on using their registered user IDs and passwords for Electronic Services of the Water Supplies Department to access the bill summary or bill reminder functions.
"WSD Mobile App" 提供有關供水的最新資訊包括帳單摘要，催繳通知及暫停供水通告(新增按大型屋苑訂閱)。用戶需以水務署電子服務的使用者名稱及密碼登入才能使用帳單摘要或催繳通知功能。

Looks very dated and connection problem
This app still looks like from the year of 2010 pre-widescreen iPhone 4 era product.. even worse is there is always some kinda connection problem that are unable to check the water bills, just wow.
