I really love this app!! It’s so great and very user friendly!! Very easy to change my password!!

Never can do the sign in. Also keep getting messages to submit time even tho says time submitted. None of the school offices know how’s to do. In addition no one ever answers your phones

This is a TERRIBLE app!! Every day I sign in on time and the app randomly signs me out. I have had VERY messed up paychecks in the past, but I closely pay attention now and take screenshots to show people who sign my time sheets. This app stinks!!

I have contacted several people in regards to getting assistance with app. You call people, leave voice mails, and email for instructions, however everyone is too busy to respond to you. Worked 8 hours this past Friday after contacting local representatives with inability to clock in issues for the past two prior days and no help yet. Maybe it’s not the app that’s the problem; it’s the local representatives for ESSeast!

The app does ‘not play’ well with all phone platforms all of the time. This is the only app that will not open. It was working great. Then it stopped. Yes, I did all the tips & tricks suggested and even took my phone to the carrier store. (Phone is 18 months old….so not an antique.) The technician checked every setting possible & did all he could to help. Again, WillSub+ is the only app not working. So it was suggested that the WillSub+ techs be notified. Apparently, the tech department is not interested in addressing issues.

It is hard to sign in and out sometimes.

Ms Ventri classroom Lesson plans and supported material provided NPS staff coordinated well with support and assistance with Students. Students are amazing and enjoyable

The app does not allow for simplicity with sign in and sign out. There are multiple reminder emails and notifications that are not synchronized between the web portal, app, and email (and notifications in app). The app does allow for sign in, but not for sign out. Also there are messages that communicate or remind me to sign in and out, although I have already. This makes spend more time researching if I did actually get signed in and out. Would be easier to have paper. Sign in and out once; DONE!

I have been with ESS for over four years and find it to be one of the best I have worked for. Organize efficient, and always on top of everything. I love the way I can punch in on my phone and punch out. The people are friendly, always willing to help, and you can always reach them.
