I had misplaced my Oura ring amidst doing loads of laundry. I thought it’s slipped off and been left at the laundry mat since that’s when I noticed it was gone not to mention I manually logged my workout so it wasn’t giving me an accurate last location. I hoped I took it off wit my other jewelry but it was not with the rest. I almost lost hope until I down loaded the app and it picked up that the ring was indeed in my apartment. The radar increased near my laundry but I put away my laundry and still no ring. Then I noticed the trash was next to the baskets and yes the radar increased even more. I nearly have a trash phobia and I only had a few days left before the ring’s battery died so I got the gloves, Clorox, soapy water, and extra garbage bags and build the courage. Honestly I was partly motivated to see if the radar was accurate and sure enough Lord behold, it led me TIGHT to my Oura ring!!! I didn’t even have to dig deep! Washed it bleached it and VOILA it’s like new! Saved me $700 for a new one being how my warranty had JUST expired two weeks ago. This app is SURE to stay!
I thought they were lost for good but thanks to this app I found my headphones
-the method for finding a single AirPod does not work - paid version promises option to use sound to find items; that option is not offered even after pro version enabled
My daughter gave me a Pencil Pro for Christmas, to go with a new iPad I’d just bought. Four days later, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I was pretty sure it was near the couch, but all I could see on the iOS settings screen or FindMy app was that it was connected when I was in that room. I downloaded Wunderfind and confirmed that the signal strength was strongest over a particular part of the couch that I’d already searched several times. Based on that, I was able to find it wedged between an obscure spot under the couch. Worth every penny.
