Constantly crashing

Please please I beg of you to fix this problem on mobile as even when I play on low graphics and low resolution as well as 30fps it still crashes within only about 5 minutes of playing..

lagging

Game is unplayable since new version on iphone 11 pro max full of audio bugs and game lags cant play as during combat it stuttering even on lowesr graphics

Rigged Summon Rates

Lost 50/50 all the time on both the FTP and PTW accounts never have I had this disgusting luck in 3 years of Genshin and I get this with in 2 months !?! And I’m forced to play on PC all the time cause it crashes on my phone and iPad allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time !!! Tried lowering settings and re-downloading nothing works and I just lost it today losing another 50/50 and deleting this crap

Compatibility

It is a fantastic game but can you make it more compatible for the Samsung A04e please

No Controller Support

Great potential, if only it had controller support. No matter how great the game, if there’s no controller support, I delete it. Controller support is really easy to integrate, Apple offers an API for it. I don’t get why in 2024 some developers still don’t offer controller support.
