WW Tracker Scale by Conair

I’ve had this scale since 2018 and it might be time to just invest in a new one. The scale works but the graphs are off. If I tap muscle mass, I get bone mass. Body water does allow me to tap and see details at all. If I add the heart rate measurement to my options, I can’t tap it to see more detail but I can see muscle mass. Sometimes I can’t access some graphs at all. The settings don’t show what email I used to sign up so if I ever get logged out I would lose all my data if I can’t get back in.

I read the comments about how you have to put it manually but THAT IS NOT THE CASE. They must’ve accidentally put to where they have to put it manually but it does it automatically on the app. I also connected it to the Apple health app as well. So far so good!

I have tried everything. For whatever reason, I just can’t get it to connect to the app.

This app does not connect via Bluetooth as stated. Very disappointing. I do not recommend the scale or app.

Water nor lotion with bare feet will fix the issue of the app not showing other metrics like water fat bone etc. save your money!

Before I bought this scale, I had a Chinese one and it worked perfectly. I bought this American scale and it is not user friendly and the Bluetooth doesn’t work with iPhone.

All the complaints that I read under the one star reviews were all issues resolvable by reading the instructions. I experienced some of these issues straight out of the box before I read the instructions. There are two tricky parts about the scale, the scale is designed to go to sleep after a minute or two. You have to get off the scale and get back on it to make it come back on. Once I learned this, the syncing was effortless. Actually, it was easier compared to some other Bluetooth devices. The second biggest issue is that you need to be barefooted to get the full functions of the scale. It has technology to do way more than just read your weight, but it also follows body mass, body water, etc. I give it 5 stars but I’ve only been using it correctly for a couple of days. I almost didn’t purchase from being persuaded by all the bad reviews. I’m only commenting to set the record straight.
