Know when to mask up!
After a year where the app worked fine, I am now no longer able to connect the app to my MAX purifier. Have tried for several weeks, going through all the trouble shooting documents, but it simply will not connect. Their help desk has offered nothing that wasn’t already in the trouble shooting docs. Can’t control my purifier manually like I could with the app. I saw there was an update to the app in Jan 24, but still won’t connect. Still no support so I’ve given up.
This app finally works again. I was able to pair my halo and max purifier after not being able to do so for quite some time. It was super frustrating. Thank you to the devs that fixed whatever broke in last iOS update!
I have a Halo and two purifiers so I feel I’ve invested significant money into their products. Was hoping to buy a third purifier but Wynd has lost me as a customer. None of my products will connect to the app. So all the features I had loved are inaccessible (e.g. filter life etc). I’ve done all the troubleshooting multiple times, reset this and that, deleted app, contacted support all to no avail. I have been trying for several weeks to get the products online and have been completed ghosted by customer support. Maybe a Christmas miracle will happen and I’ll get a response….so, so disappointed.
I have been using two Wynd products (Halo and Max Purifier) for almost 2 years. The products are great, but this app on the iPhone platform has major issues pairing and keeping the products paired. For the past 2 months, I have been unable to pair (re-establish pairing) on my iPhone or my husband’s iPhone. We think the latest issue started around the same time as iOS v17 upgrade. Unfortunately, Wynd support isn’t much better than this app. I have tried all their “fixes”, even multiple attempts, to no avail. If I didn’t like the hardware, I would really complain. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of support, the app’s inability to pair, and the loss of product functionality.
Will not connect to the MAX purifier. Their support staff just regurgitates the same info that the troubleshooting guides offer. I would not purchase the MAX purifier until this gets resolved because most of the things they claim about the purifier are only available using the app.
Aside from inaccurate hardware, the software is worse! Auto mode for the light is hit or miss, the Insights area stopped working a few versions back and support is non existant.
I would give this a better rating as it had been working fine till recently. I cannot connect to my account with FB login. It looks like the FB login was not maintained and has been disabled. Is there any way to move forward without losing my old account and creating a new one?
