Very frustrating to use the app. It resets information you put in like sort by. Would be nice if it could identify what devices were connected other than ip or Mac
The service has been wonder efficient and fast. I’ve yet to have a need to reset the router as opposed to Cox which I was resetting almost weekly. The installation was quick, courteous and professional. It was delivered on time and was completely soon that projected. I can’t say enough, this is the best internet service I’ve had in my 20 years living here in the Phoenix metro area.
App works ok it’s very hard to identify what devices are connected to the network it doesn’t pick up what devices are like other providers apps do.
The app has various bugs. If you connect a device, you cannot delete that device from your network unless you manually access the gateway configurations and manually move the saved IP Address. You can restrict the device from using internet access. But nothing else, the device is still connected to the router causing an open window for attack. The internet services they offer only comes with the gateway and the security on it. Any additional security and you have to pay for it. Those getting 1TB+ internet services, they use a 3rd party satellite to accommodate with internet traffic. You can find the information in the gateways manual. The app is suppose to display the usage in hours and days for each device. Tech support has no idea why it’s not displaying. But that they will reach back out in 48 hours. It’s been a week now.
We’ve had our service a little over a month and we are extremely happy with it, we have not had one issue. It’s nice having the extra 100.00 a month in our pocket can’t beat 100.00 for 5 gigs and protection. We have 14 devices and not one issue. Highly recommend the service
Only thing missing is being able to pay my bill on the app it’s mildly irritating to have to go to safari go to wyred site login then go through payment options and enter all my card information over and over since I won’t save it on a web browser.
