Playback not working after the last update
Trying to acces the pkayback after the last update is not working. The scroll back remains stuck at the first selected period. I restarted all the cameras, but the issue is the same. Cannot acces from the past.

I was looking for a camera that didn’t require a monthly subscription! The advertising is deceptive, especially on Amazon. I even bought the memory cards for all 4 and now they want a monthly fee for each camera just to use them!!!

Crashes my Internet
Big Time Wyze fan and have many Wyze devices. In the last few months, my internet has crashed consistently when I get on your app and connect to my Wyze devices. Once I close the app the internet speed and connectivity eventually return to normal. I see other chat threads of similar issues. The failure to connect issue is annoying. As soon as I get the failure to connect I go to Speed app and see that the internet is not connected. After a minute or so, the internet comes back. It seems to be crashing my router.Please fix this issue. I am all in Wyze but quite perturbed!

Why am I paying for a services that is barely there??? Sometimes the events are recorded but majority of the time it’s not there??
Decent app, cameras not so much
I like the app interface. Grouping and being able to see multiple streams simultaneously is very nice. I don’t like that there is no PC interface and the outdoor cameras deteriorate over a year or two. The lens on the outdoor cameras break down, possible from UV, and the picture slowly degrades and becomes fuzzy like cataracts in a human eye. The glare becomes fairly severe in about two years. But I still like Wyze over other systems like Eufy because of multiple stream capability, or Nest due to cost.
