All need updated for live streaming. U can’t certain nothing til bell is rung

How is it Connected? Not Thru WiFi!
Very impressive camera. I am scared that all the info is in Chinese and we can’t figure out how it’s updating other than thru my iPhone??
Can’t login on iphone
I downloaded app on android tablet with no issues but will not let me login on iPhone. Have tried as guest and also through Apple ID. Will not send verification code so can’t proceed. Tried contacting app support but that will not go through either.

No good doesn’t have Customer Care number I needed help
Connection problem
I cannot connect the doorbell to the app, this is dangerous becuase I can’t see who is at my door. I have followed all the directions for reset, delete the app and reinstall it. Nothing works- I tried using the app support but it’s not written in English language.

No Live Feed!
The camera works just fine when someone presses it as a doorbell, you just can’t stream a live video of people walking up or past the camera unless they pressed the doorbell option.
