Hello developers. I hope you’re still around. I had update my phone and now app is not working. Help! App works awesome when up to date!
The pumps themselves work great for the price. My problem is their app to control it. Probably one of the most unreliable I’ve ever used. You better write down all your presets because I can almost guarantee you, you will go to make an adjustment and it will get caught in an endless loop of (loading the app). At this point your only option is to delete and reinstall and start all over again. Super irritating. I will be replacing these as soon as I can afford the more reliable brands out there. Like I said the pumps work great. It’s a shame they don’t care enough to figure out their app issues. And yes I do update and run the latest version.
It works and it’s easy. I just don’t understand why we need a second app for the X1. I have another pump on the KamoerRemote app and I need 2 apps to manage them :(
App always crashes when I select the pump. I’m getting tired of setting up all back up just to crash again. Do not recommend this thing.
I’ve had my kamoer x1 for several years the app has an issue kamoer don’t have a solution. They sent out a new pump and it didn’t correct the connectivity problems the app will open ok but won’t load to allow changes to be be made to the dosing plan. Otherwise the pump has operated perfectly it continues to dose and I have not had problems with the pump
Connection issues and piss poor customer service. Don’t but these pumps
Always had connectivity issues and now I Updated and it wiped all my pumps. Is there a way I can get them back? It’s a pain if I have to redo each pump.
The app won't let me choose a volume less than 0.7ml. I would like to dose 1.4ml, 12 times in the day, but the quick plan limits me to only 2 add times per day.. This is very frustrating since I would like to dose more consistently throughout the day
Since the most recent update I now have 2 of the same pumps. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the app and the pump. Pump 1 no problem pump 2 has 2 listed in the available pumps section. Same serial number
