Returning Equipment
Spent $1,000 for equipment with an app that doesn’t work. Don’t know why companies do this. Very frustrating. I’ll be returning the equipment.
Yes, X3 Force is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.

This works with the X3 Force bar to measure the force you’re exerting in realtime. The pickup of data over Bluetooth works extremely well, and I love seeing the curve react to my reps LIVE. It’s a nice visual reminder to slow down and create a smooth motion throughout the rep. I would love the app to have an option to throw an on-screen warning at me if it detects a rep being done when I haven’t yet selected an exercise, as I sometimes forget to do so. My biggest gripe with the app was recently resolved: previously you could only see the combined total force in the charts, meaning in the longer date ranges (like YTD) all of the force in any given month was being totaled together, which was not helpful to me at all when trying to view my strength gains over time, because I rarely worked out the same number of times every month. Now you are able to view the highest force in each time period, which is much more helpful. I would love to see an option for the “average” force too. I’m happy to see that Dr. J and the team are continuing to build out and improve the app with regular updates. Excited for future updates!
