Description

We are pleased to announce the new Jaquish Biomedical X3® Force!
X3 Force is an electronic, force tracking X3 bar that works with a smartphone application to display and record real time data about each exercise session. With X3 Force, you can get the benefits of a smart home gym, combined with the superior X3 variable resistance workout methodology.
With every workout, you'll compete with your previous Total Force, a performance metric that uses real-time force data to calculate time under variable tension and overall workout quality. This way you will always know you're stimulating more growth.
X3 Force combines force data with time and rep count information to calculate a Total Force exercise rating, that helps to summarize the difficulty and quality of each exercise session, so that you can more conveniently track your improvement. Focusing on improving your Total Force for each exercise is a great way to confirm that you are maximizing your results and adhering to X3 best practices.
Maximize your results with data-driven workouts to help you push harder and perform better each time. With X3 Force you can:
* View Peak Forces For Every Exercise
* Quantify Overall Workout Quality
* Record Workout Duration
* Monitor Rep Consistency
* Calculate Time Under Variable Tension

Returning Equipment

Spent $1,000 for equipment with an app that doesn’t work. Don’t know why companies do this. Very frustrating. I’ll be returning the equipment.

Great Companion to the X3 Force Bar

This works with the X3 Force bar to measure the force you’re exerting in realtime. The pickup of data over Bluetooth works extremely well, and I love seeing the curve react to my reps LIVE. It’s a nice visual reminder to slow down and create a smooth motion throughout the rep. I would love the app to have an option to throw an on-screen warning at me if it detects a rep being done when I haven’t yet selected an exercise, as I sometimes forget to do so. My biggest gripe with the app was recently resolved: previously you could only see the combined total force in the charts, meaning in the longer date ranges (like YTD) all of the force in any given month was being totaled together, which was not helpful to me at all when trying to view my strength gains over time, because I rarely worked out the same number of times every month. Now you are able to view the highest force in each time period, which is much more helpful. I would love to see an option for the “average” force too. I’m happy to see that Dr. J and the team are continuing to build out and improve the app with regular updates. Excited for future updates!
