Always cancelled
Second time my order is cancelled. First time I placed an order they day before and it was cancelled as there was no car available. This time my order was accepted but 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time I am told the car will be late and I need to wait for at least another 15mins...I guess you need to book at least a week in advance to secure a car.
