App hơi lag. Nhiều khi định vị không đúng, không hiển thị giờ dự kiến arrive điểm đến, không gửi hình trong mục tin nhắn cho tài xế được trong trường hợp không tìm thấy định vị hoặc mô tả vị trí đón cho tài xế. Dịch vụ xe thì tốt. Sạch sẽ, tài xế được huấn luyện tốt, lịch sự
Either takes too long or doesn’t work.
I decided to give this app a go but have been constantly disappointed. Staying around q1 so to not be able to get a ride is just ridiculous. I have tried over 20+ times and on many different days and still haven’t had any luck.
Tripped cancelled but still charged money
My trip was cancelled but they charged me the money and there was no refund. I called the hotline and they told me to keep waiting. It’s been a month now and I still haven’t got my money back and haven’t heard anything.

Mỗi lần đặt xe là định vị sai vị trí làm rất mất công chờ và điện thoại để gọi báo tài xế đi sai đường, xảy ra cả 3 lần đặt xe gần đây nhất. App cần điều chỉnh lại
