I have been using it on board for years now and it always has some problems every time. Fixed problems that this app has that have not been solved for years: 1- it constantly loses the ship's Wi-Fi signal, even having it a short distance from the cabin many times it happens that it does not find it. 2 - often after I use it for thirty minutes / an hour, the app resets itself and the login is lost. 3- exaggerated consumption of data, whenever it fails to load a web or social page (even if it has an excellent satellite), reloading consumes kilobytes / megabytes higher than the real ones. these are just some of the various malfunctions, you can see that the developers have no interest in improving it so they remain as it is, with the bare minimum. Personally it is not a good system but unfortunately at the moment the company I work for has no plans to change it.

New web interface after update for starlink looks good. But why no updates for app? You receive money from companies but didn’t make any improvement …

Make it work for iPad!

“Remember me” future doesn’t work properly! Many users will appreciate it if you will fix this bug.

After update not connecting to internet. “Soap exemption”.........

After updated to the latest version can’t connect anymore to the internet - when pressing “offline” appearing window with errors - “soap exception” & “service unavailable”. But when connecting via web interface everything is working. Pls check you app for this!
