The best support team
Around a month ago I purchased the license for x delete and 15 mins after close Christopher activated my key which was super handy as it was about to be a long weekend, fast forward to June 7th my E90 335xi was declared a total loss. I was researching how to transfer my license to my new e92 355xi but to no avail. I reached out to Christopher again and he was super helpful with getting my license moved over to my new vin! Super fast at getting to it and easily the best experience I’ve had with a company in long time. If you were thinking about buying x delete… do it! You will not regret it, by far the best customer service and bang for my buck I’ve had in a few years. Thanks guys!
Transfer case issue.
After having my car on xDelete and on dyno it wouldn’t let me rev out I felt the front still engage three times before the warning lights came on then after they did I was able to rev out and finish dyno pull. After flashing back to awd I had two codes that won’t clear. Also smelt something burnt and it codes every time I put it to awd
Glitches
Scared to use this. It took 5 minutes to activate $100 And couldn’t turn my awd back on for week. Made engine codes pop up too. Stay away!

Been running for 6 months no issues at all works great
Can’t seem to initialize with iPad Pro 5th gen
When I open the app it says I need to connect to internet to initialize, couldn’t get it to work on iPad but i was successful tuning with iPhone connected with ethernet
Amazing app
Works great on my 2013 F30 335i. Initially it was not working, but after talking to the support team, we came to the conclusion that I needed to update my iSTEP version in my car, since my car was running an older version that was unsupported. Once I got that updated through the dealership, xDelete was able to flash with no issues. Thanks to the amazing developers and support team for creating an amazing product! Highly recommend.

The original version was hit or miss to connect to my car. The newest version works great! F series 435i

Flashed on my f30 335. It works great flashing process isn’t difficult either just make sure to follow the procedure closely. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
