For unknown reason app requires location services to connect to WiFi camera. Otherwise pretends that there is an connection error and asks user to allow it to track their location.

Everything is working fine.

I am using this app with a DragonTouch action camera that’s attached to my son’s wheelchair. I did a couple test videos and opened the app to download them to test the quality. After 5 minutes, the download of two videos totaling 1 minute 30 seconds between them, was done. “Download successful” a message appear on my screen. I go to my phone’s camera roll and…they’re nowhere to be found. I checked my entire Videos folder…no new videos! Where did I just download those to? This is a key feature of this app that we kind of need, being able to download straight to a device. If it doesn’t work, then i going to have to go with a different option for a camera/app. If this can be fixed (ie., having an update more than once a year), then I can update my review.

This app used to work poorly but now it won’t work at all. Does not appear to support the Campark X40 anymore and I bought the cameras about a year ago.

I bought the action cam about a year ago and at the time the app worked fine, but just pulled the camera out for the first time in months and it quits every time I try to connect to the camera

This app has always been difficult to use. Coupled with a terribly translated “manual”, I’ve been frustrated with this purchase from the start. However, now the camera won’t even connect to my phone, forcing me to find a work around or lose my footage.

Probably the worst app I’ve ever used! Someone brought the camera set as a birthday gift for my son. Downloaded the app and with much difficulty got it to work. Then realized the wifi connection is very unstable (don’t even understand why wifi technology is used instead of Bluetooth connection, maybe the developers wanted connectivity over a longer range but the connection sucks…). After reading the comments realized if the “Local Network” option is turned on under the iPhone app settings I’m the connection becomes more stable. Did that and seemed to work. The still crashes every time a photo or video is deleted which is mind boggling. I hope the developer of this app fixes that. The app should constantly stay connected to the camera and should not crash.
