complete disappointment 😕
I recently purchased a language learning app that I was excited to use to improve my language skills. However, my experience with the app was a complete disappointment. Despite paying a lot of money for the app, I found the quality to be poor, and the customer support to be non-existent.
When I tried to contact the company with questions and concerns, I received no response, leaving me frustrated and feeling scammed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to deal with this application. It is not worth the money or the frustration.
If you're considering a language learning app, be sure to do your research and read reviews from other learners. Choose an app with a reliable reputation and excellent customer support. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money on an app that doesn't deliver on its promises.
Attention fraud!
Run away from this app because it's just a fake to steal your money! The content is very superficial and the subscription is $100 for a whole year after the trial period. Customer service is not responding, the program has software problems. I am desperate and discouraged that I had the application in my way!
Stay away!
Extremely predatory subscription model. Forget to end free trial and you’re bound for a year, having to pay hundreds of dollars. Also very suspect that there is no bad reviews. Content is so-so, I took a placement test that wasn’t progressive at all, just a bunch of simple questions, and I made a mistake out of boredom and was placed in the B1 level
