This is a kind of simple and easy APP to trace your body fat, weight and health.
It includes the following calculation functions:
Body Fat
Extra Fat(surplus fat)
BMI
BMR
Protein
Ideal weight
Besides of saving the above data, it can record the following health data:
Body weight
Blood pressure
Pulse
Waist
Visceral Fat
body water
muscle mass
bone mass
Support units of measurement:
kg / cm
lb / inch
APP is designed for recording multi-user, and all the information can be easily imported and exported via iTunes. A chart view is provided to check the health data intuitively.
