Great App improvements could be as follows: 1. Show outdoor and indoor in different colors 2. Show actual radius distance (feet) of wifi. Especially the outdoor. Mentioning the impact of surrounding building structures. 3. More OUTDOOR WIFI and stronger outdoor spots. Especially West Chester around Susquehanna Bank, Hershey's Mill Branch West and Village Square towards the bank and Wellington seniors residence. Keep up the great App

It won’t even open! Immediately crashes as soon as I try to open it.

I was treated like I was in elementary school child by simply by getting asked what I needed. I stated my phone has been breeched and I addressed it in detail when I ordered phones cable and internet. I pay well in time, and I have an overactive x-wife and have nothing to hide yet have a vested interest in my privacy and she seems to have access by my facts she sends me things on my phone and events you can only do by breeching my Apple ID through ICloud my best guess forcing me to be an IT tech I never signed in to be and been reassured by both Apple and xfinity no way can she be on my account or enter my privacy but no hiding business by inquiring things no way could she attain 1-1/2 hours away in Modesto, Ca. I was told shut my phone off and on and that’s funny. Not funny as I addressed this matter. Than rudely told wait. I did, then after being treated like a toddler I was instructed to sit down with a salesperson. This is where things can and did go wrong. While the man was rolling his eyes with me trying to put 3 years of grief in a sentence it was apparent he had no patients or sympathetic to my problem I addressed when I was assured nobody can get on my account without ID and my approval. No such event has taken place and resetting my phone has little to nothing to do with it being inactivated and been sitting no use for weeks because I can’t argue with fools. Sounds harsh yet I’m at a loss of words trying to attain a activation code and you would think there the victim - there not and shutting the phone off and on is ridiculous and I’m the idiot. I only want my privacy and it isn’t all Apple was the only responsible party like was said. They have nothing to do with my x-wife gaining access through xfinity or able to reactivate my phone I pay for without assistance- I tried eSIM and your salesperson hasn’t a clue yet condescending in a way that’s hardly professional that I addressed politely - again Please help me to help your rude and disrespectful employees that feel like I’m a idiot. Thank you and need this phone as I get breeched and need it to verify my existence as sad as that is- I need to activate then protect my privacy all day they are vested in keeping - they’re falling short in more ways than 1. this app is literally a waste of space and time don't even bother downloading it. I literally cannot even open the app because as soon as I hit it to open it, it immediately closes frustrating.

The worse I do not work for Xfinity you have workers there they should be doing this set up not me unexceptionable
