Scam!!!
Hi l am very unhappy with XM, I was supposed to claim $105 bonus for free to start trading on XM, only to recieve $50. I then traded and made an overall profit of $5 meaning i had $55 total. When i wanted to withdraw the $5 into my Capitec Bank Account the request was received by XM and then saw the $50 bonus has disappeared. I was supposed to receive R93 in my bank account only to see that my withdrawal request has been rejected.

There is no way to withdraw your money from them. Any way there is a problem so at the end you will not get your money
This app is rubbish keep lagging all the time
This app keep lagging all the time specially when market opens or any news release So you won’t be able to manage your positions.Very flustering. XM You should switch to C trader as mt5 or mt4 is not available any more on App Store anyway.

No mt4 ??
Why can’t i login with my mt4 account?? Do i have to open mt5 for this app?? Rubbish app without mt4 support, it means all XM clients who have mt4 acc and want to use this app then they must open mt5 acc to use it. Well thumbs 👎

They claim 700,000 customers but not one review?
Why no reviews from 700,000 customers? Well, apart from me that is! Anyway.....I have opened a demo and live account with them and I've had no problems. Funding by debit card takes about 30 seconds to show as available. Withdrawals are confirmed and approved automatically by the looks of it as I get confirmation emails within a few minutes. I haven't experienced any slippage at all or requires and their prices are usually within 0.3 of a pip of trading 212 and FXCM (used as a comparison). I have only contacted their customer service once about sever regional times and they were very helpful. No fees to deposit or withdraw by debit card. To be honest I don't have any negatives to give as they operate as per their specs from their website. They state that they are a market maker which usually traders don't like but I have had no problems and they allow scalping too. All in all a very straight forward company to use. I hope this helps others out. Thanks Jason
