Great service and features. Just need the charts to be more simple and smaller, having massive lines on the screen is not ideal.

My name is shiraz… I am trying to get a manager to call me nobody is calling me for the past 5 hours and they lie and say they will calll me back in 2 hours… My funds of 20 thousand is missing from my bank and it’s not reflected into my account and they tell me it will take 2 days? When normally it takes 2 minutes… Very bad service experience. I usually don’t ever complain… nobody wants to assist me about my my missing funds I am working with the FSP commission to get help because they not assisting me

I have sent more than 3 emails about my account claiming to be “archived”. Not happy with this app at all

BEFORE you decide to download this app, take in mind, I had downloaded this app and started trading, when I made some money off trading, I decided to withdraw my money, it’s been a week and no one has paid it to me, when trying to reach out to my account manager two days before, he had said that I could withdraw with no problems, now I email him constantly and do not get a reply. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP TO TRADE!!!! You will not get the money you request to withdraw. If I could give zero stars I would!
