Brand new camera installing the app for the first time connecting for a first time and it says already bond with another user i write a ticket on the app 5 days ago no one answers what should i do

Great app but doesn’t have an iPad version
Great app but it doesn’t have an iPad version :( so if you use it with a tablet you should use it in horizontal view which is not very comfortable
