Latest version crashes 2-3 times on loading a camera before it finally works.

Does not have options for auto recording on motion detection. Only good for live view and manual recording.

I see people in 2021 have experienced the same issues that I have now in 2024. There is always a connection error when I log in and when I enter the password it is not accepted. Even after resets, it is not accepted. Cameras are good but the app is not.

This app is so slow and buggy it’s not even funny. It takes for ever to even get your camera feed to load. I’m glad I have a hard drive to save video and have video play back.

This is my first ever app that has advertisements for a security cams.

I’ve tried a lot of ip camera apps and still can’t find one with preset positioning for pan and tilt cameras

They added a new update that pauses your view every few minutes to tell you take a break. This is crazy I can’t watch my cameras at all without it interrupting and pausing the playback.

I have 6 cameras and only one works. I paid for the cloud and it keeps saying I need to renew. I click on the cloud in each camera and it says I haven’t purchased the cloud. There’s no online support on why the black screens.
