Can't activate esim
I just purchased the esim for my iPhone but can't even activate it in the app, the scan button doesn't work

Broken and Keep Crashing
XoxMobile in the Black is broken. Not able to show my number nor select to add packages.
Lousy developer team
Had mentioned from the start that my number is binded under another mobile which no longer using. From Jul 11 till today , informed me to give screenshot , asking me to repeat my sentence, asking me to try to login again, still not solving my problem to login. 🙃 I am tired with your “fix” . You deserve a bad review!!!!!

Declutterring & Responsive
This 2025, I do hope developer and XOX to consider decluttering and make the app more responsive rather than have to manually refresh the app.
Internet slow dan almost tak ada
Line internet sangat teruk. Duduk di kawasan bandar pun line asyik sangkut.

I hv been waiting alrdy 1 month to them update regarding the connection area my house but definitely no answer , just a few weeks later they have follow up about the connection and have inform abt the data is low area my house but till now 20/12/2024 no update. I am disappointed also xox black when I pay my bills usg apps and see frm the apps I hv overpaid the bill but sddnly they bar my line when I cl them , they said I am not update my xox black so then I update the apps but the apps show same thing which I had overpaid the bills . Then I need to pay the bills agains total with the nxt bill which I need to pay double for last month . Then after they had open back my line. I will survey others line and no more stupid xox !
Too much updating apps
Always asking for an update apps. Everytime I open the apps, they ask to update first. How many time do i have to update the apps?
