Almost perfect!
Save major time and when you don’t feel well, you darn sure don’t want to get in your car and sit in an urgent care waiting room. This is also $111 cheaper than my deductible. I love the ‘get down to business’ approach and I don’t need to be coddled at all- but the 2 times I’ve used this, the RN’s were too fast- like.. ‘what’s wrong don’t want any details’ to the point of interrupting. No smiling or empathy shown by either. Again, don’t need/want to be coddled but a friendlier demeanor can calm and instill a little trust. Yes, I will use again but hope I get a more cordial RN who can listen for a minute to get the whole story. As a former firefighter/medic I know getting more info is always good.
