I have setup auto payment with my Banking account NOT with my debit card! My debit card expired, but I don’t have any card setup for payments so my payment shouldn’t declined!!!
Makes me set a new password every time I log in

In this day and age, this should not be so difficult and frustrating.
My bill was $110.68 I am set up on auto pay. I was charged $100.00 on the due date leaving an additional $10.68 as a balance. I then went back, downloaded the app and paid the balance due. We will see how next month goes….just seems odd1
Takes about 10 minutes to set up and once it’s done being set up takes about 30 seconds to pay your bill.
Portland Municipal utilities is wrong for using outdated fees to process a card. Its 2023!!!!!
