Only booked on this app once during their launch, other than that, can’t book anymore. Will uninstall.

I want to try booking with your app but it does not allow cash payments. I would not like to share my card details or bank details if I have not proven yet that the service is secure and reliable. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Hope you take this as a tip if you want to stay in the ride-hailing industry

I’ll give this a 5-star rating because of the kind drivers that Xpress has. Their professionalism and courteousness truly enhance the overall experience. However, the app still needs more improvement in terms of usability and features. Despite these issues, I believe Xpress will get there with continued updates and customer feedback. Keep up the good work! 🛵💨

Safe in Xpress, especially when you book drivers drive carefully and friendly to customer.

I like the promos I hope they continue to give discounts. Hopefully they get more rider as sometimes it’s hard to get driver. But so far the wait is okay since the fare is cheaper.

Been a regular customer of ride hailing apps for so long and this app is now the one I regularly use especially during late night shifts and rush hour 💕 the riders are especially friendly and make you feel safe throughout the trip
