XPWOW Road Trip Planner

As someone who loves to travel, xpwow has quickly become one of my favorite apps! It makes road trips so much easier by highlighting nearby places to explore, and I love how it feels like a travel community. Seeing posts from others’ trips is a fun way to discover hidden gems.

I’ve used this app for a bit and the funnest part of it is just scrolling around the map to find fun places to visit. There’s a lot of places near me that seem cool to visit that I probably wouldn’t have known about without the app. A lot of the locations seem really good for hiking too. The videos take a little bit to upload sometimes but that could just be my internet.

Absolutely in love with the road-trip idea. And I really like that I can view the path in Google maps or share it with a friend.

The ability to create cross-country road trips and save the route puts Google Maps to shame. With Google or Apple Maps, it is incredibly difficult to add stops to a long trip. XPWOW allows you to find cool roadside attractions, parks, food, and lodging along the way. In addition, you can save multiple road trips, name them, add a cover image, and share the trip with others. This is functionality that Google is limited on on their desktop website, and isn’t possible with the mobile app. As soon as you pick a new destination in a Google or Apple, the route you built disappears. XPWOW goes the extra mile by incorporating a social media component of the app, where you can see TikTok-style videos for your destinations and build a profile and following. This app is a must have for anyone planning long distance road trips. Even if you take same long trip regularly, for instance if you travel to another state often for the holidays and have driven the route a hundred times, XPWOW can help you discover new ways to enjoy your journey.

I love being able to see what’s going on around town. Lots of ideas to do with my family. I definitely recommend this app; it’s super easy to use, everything loads pretty fast as well.

This can be a great tool to help people get travel inspiration, research destination information and connect with people everywhere. I see this app as having the potential to create a truly immersive experience as it uses social media as a bridge to new adventures in real life. Bravo!

This is a nice app because it lets you see pics and vid’s of places without the hype of ad’s or FB and TicTok type attention seeking stunts. Just nice content.
