XROUND MyTune is a dedicated app with predefined settings to effortlessly personalize your settings as desired.
XROUND MyTune currently supports TREK, AERO PRO, VOCA, VOCA MAX, AERO, FORGE, FORGE NC
Customize with these unique features:
ANC / Transparency Modes
The level of noise cancellation and transparency is adjustable in MyTune. Users are free to set the level and mode of ANC / Transparency to fit your environments.
TailorID personalized sound:
The TailorID hearing test in MyTune is able to capture the user's hearing sensitivity. The AI sound tuning algorithm will adapt and optimize to each one’s hearing preference so everyone can enjoy their personalized sound.
Timer:
By long press the earbuds will launch the workout timer. Users are able to set the time from 10 seconds to 59 minutes in the MyTune app and the earbuds will remember the settings. (Supported with TREK, FORGE NC, FORGE)
Equalizer Setting:
Choose any of the preset EQ Settings or tune your music via a 7-band equalizer to suit your desired preferences.
Gesture Control:
Configure gesture control in both right and left earbuds to meet your needs.
Side Tone Activation:
Sidetone is audio feedback which allows you to hear your own voice when speaking into the microphone to prevent speaking louder than necessary, reduces the discomfort of your ears, and makes you more comfortable talking on the phone.
Firmware Updates:
Keep both earbuds and software updated via MyTune apps with the latest updates to make sure that your earbuds perform optimally.
Music/Gaming Mode Instant Switch:
Enjoy your gaming experience with no delay in Ultra-Low Latency Gaming Mode.
Modes can be switched through both earbuds and apps based on your preference.
Surround Sound Instant Switch:
Adjust your Surround Sound setting in a total of 3 levels: OFF/ Level 1 / Level 2 accordingly to enjoy the most VR-like immersive sound experience while gaming, watching videos, and listening to music. (Supported with TREK, VOCA, VOCA MAX, AERO Series)

Earphones sucked
Always lost connection n can’t be paired up
用Siri時會出刺耳聲音
1）當聽緊音樂是撳Siri會發出高頻刺耳聲音 2）當有電話來電時自動轉左ANC降噪,當結束電話是不會自動用回通透模式要手動撳返 3)聽音樂時要用語音轉文字檔模式,要將耳筒擺喺嘴邊先間中用到 希望快啲出新的手機韌體更新處理以上問題
App需要跟上耳機的質量
Forge NC 在更新Firmware後在「選擇裝置」頁面就不見了，即使刷新、重新配對都無法顯示裝置。 嘗試過在iOS內忘記裝置再重新連接，雖然耳機可以正常配對及使用，但在App內就是無法看見。

- 耳機bugs, 由充電盒取單邊耳機, 戴上後自動關機 - 軟件bugs, 戴上耳機後, 每次要開啟軟件, 都要重新選取連接耳機
如果不連接耳機，連教學說明都不能看，有點不便
音質一貫貴公司出色的質素

電量顯示不準
軟件問題
每次拿出來用 也要手動設定3D sound 按鈕為何不能選來電接聽
也是燈問題
我另外幾款都沒這個問題呢 使用中不會閃的
