XRP amazing

I had some troubles with my XRP wallet and they helped me tremendously. More then expected. I’m very thankful to them. Make sure you follow every instruction they ask of you. Highly recommended

Hard to use. They don’t let you withdraw all your xrps, they withhold 20

Thought I would try out this wallet, and it’s very simple and straight forward to use. So far it’s been great.

Verification Process

I’m going on 2 weeks trying to get verified to access my XRP wallet that I transferred money into! I’ve used my passport for ID, I’ve also used my drivers license! My address is different on my DL since the DMV is only accessible 1 day a week where I live! Not sure if that’s the reason it fails, or if it’s because I was clean cut when I got my pic taken for them and now I’ve got a beard? Regardless it shouldn’t take several attempts, and multiple weeks when it says it should not take more than 48 hours!!!

NOT USER FRIENDLY

Not only do you get bombarded by commercials just to move from one thing to another the ability to get out money back out is nil at this point. No response from support whatsoever. Good luck!

Inability to link banking accounts

I gave this app a poor rating because I could never link my account. Customer support wasn’t helpful and said it was on my banks end. I’m now using a different app/company

App doesn’t work

I’ve tried multiple times to activate the account. Deleting it now. It appears it connected to a porn site on top of it!! 😡
